This Lean Six Sigma Green Belt program introduces you to the essential tools, techniques, and problem-solving methods used in DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, Control) improvement projects. The course focuses on the DMAIC framework and teaches you how Lean and Six Sigma work together to eliminate waste, reduce variation, and improve overall organizational performance.

You will learn how Lean targets the eight forms of waste—Defects, Overproduction, Waiting, Non-Utilized Talent, Transportation, Inventory, Motion, and Extra Processing—while Six Sigma provides a data-driven framework to reduce errors and improve quality.

This training helps you take part in process-improvement projects and prepares you for the Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification. You will understand key concepts across all DMAIC phases and gain the skills needed to support or lead improvement initiatives alongside certified Black Belts.
